How your child can learn the times tables in two weeks

The 2 to 9 tables hold just 36 facts to memorise, because 7 × 8 is the same as 8 × 7. Start with that and the fear drops right away.
The plan
- Days 1–3: the 2s, 5s and 10s (the easy ones).
- Days 4–7: the 3s, 4s and 9s with their tricks.
- Days 8–11: the 6s, 7s and 8s.
- Days 12–14: a daily 60-second challenge, then review the slips.
Try Times Table Master in the Program Trainings: Learn mode shows the tricks, and the challenge keeps your child’s best score.
